THE AGREEMENT

b) Jurisdiction, Venue & Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute, claim or matter arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, the Website or Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Chandigarh, India, subject to applicable law.

The Parties agree to submit to such jurisdiction and waive objections concerning venue to the extent permitted by law.

c) Severability

If any provision or part of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a competent court or authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The invalid provision shall, to the extent legally permissible, be interpreted or modified so as to best achieve its original purpose.

d) No Waiver

Failure by the Company to enforce any provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

e) Headings

Headings used in these Terms of Service are provided for convenience and organisation only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision.

f) No Agency, Partnership or Joint Venture

Nothing contained in these Terms of Service shall be interpreted as creating an agency, partnership, joint venture, employment or other similar relationship between the User and the Company.

Neither Party shall have authority to bind the other except where expressly authorised in writing.

g) Electronic Communications
